The Chamberlin Garage Addition is a Berg Design job that involved both Architectural Design and Zoning.
This house is on a corner lot. The corner side yard requirements are greater than they are for a normal side yard setback. With the proper presentation of the situation to the Zoning Board, we were able to locate the Garage as close to the side yard as you would be able to if it were not a corner lot.
