The was the first boarding of this property at the time of exchanging a check for keys. We could not get the door to lock otherwise, as you will see from the next photo's.

I met the Realtor at the property when he was exchanging a check for keys. We got the tenants out and boarded the doors on a temporary basis. I went back later and repaired the door jamb along with replacing the lock. I was later asked to board up the door, and when I arrived, I found that someone had tried to break in. I boarded the door and installed a key box at the same time that we did the cleanout and winterizing.
